The BB fertilizer mixer is a material mixing equipment specifically designed for the production of blended fertilizers. Working Principle

Material enters the mixing drum through the top feed inlet, and the main shaft drives the mixing mechanism to rotate. The mixing mechanism tumbles the material upwards along the inner wall of the drum, circulating under the combined action of gravity and centrifugal force. Particles of different components interweave and mix during repeated tumbling and convection, gradually achieving a uniform distribution. The mixing mechanism is designed to avoid strong shearing and compression of the particles, maintaining their integrity and preventing breakage. After mixing is complete, the discharge door is opened to discharge the finished product.

Equipment Composition

Mixing Drum: Cylindrical or octagonal cylinder, welded steel plate structure, smooth inner wall to reduce particle friction.

Main Shaft and Mixing Arms: Multiple mixing arms are mounted on the main shaft, with mixing blades or material guide plates at the arm ends.

Transmission System: The motor drives the main shaft through a reducer, with moderate speed to prevent particle breakage.

Feeding Device: Top feeding port, can be equipped with multi-port feeding or a rotary distributor.

Discharge Gate: Pneumatic or manual control, smooth discharge.

Frame: Welded steel base supports the entire machine.
