Working Principle
The screen box vibrates directionally under the excitation force of the vibrating motor. Material is continuously thrown up and fallen on the screen surface, creating a jumping forward motion. During each throw and fall, particles contact the screen surface; fine particles pass through the screen holes and fall to the lower layer, while coarser particles continue forward. Vibration loosens and stratifies the material, allowing small particles to settle to the bottom of the material layer and contact the screen surface, increasing the probability of passage. Multiple screens sequentially separate the material into different particle size grades, achieving multi-stage screening.

Maintenance Methods
Check screen tension and damage every shift; repair or replace immediately if damage is found.
Clean residual material from the screen surface and remove dust from the screen box.
Tighten vibrating motor anchor bolts and screen clamping bolts weekly to prevent loosening.
Check shock absorption springs monthly for deformation or breakage; replace any abnormal ones promptly.
Add dedicated grease to the vibrating motor bearings quarterly; check motor wiring and insulation.
Replace all screens and shock absorption springs during annual overhaul; check screen box welds for cracks and repair welding if necessary. The vibration motor should be maintained according to the manufacturer’s specified maintenance schedule.
