Equipment Structure And Composition

The circular throwing machine mainly consists of the following parts:
Throwing cylinder body: This is the core component of the throwing machine, usually cylindrical or conical, with special throwing structures designed inside, such as throwing plates, throwing disks, etc., to promote the rolling of materials and the formation of round particles.
Drive system: including motor, reducer, and transmission device, providing stable rotational power for the throwing cylinder body.

Safety protection system: including overload protection, emergency stop and other safety devices to ensure the safety of equipment and operators.

Working Principle

The working principle of the polishing machine is that the material enters the polishing cylinder through the feeding port, and at the same time, an appropriate amount of water or adhesive is added to the material through a humidification/adhesive system. The throwing cylinder rotates under the driving system, and the material inside the cylinder is subjected to the action of the throwing plate or disc, constantly rolling, colliding, and squeezing. The material particles adhere to each other under the action of the adhesive, gradually forming rounded particles. By adjusting parameters such as the rotational speed, humidification amount, and spinning time of the cylindrical body, the size and uniformity of the round particles can be controlled. After the formation of round particles, they are discharged through the discharge port and enter the next processing or packaging stage.
