First batch of environmental protection equipment for 50,000-Ton/Year organic fertilizer production line shipped to Suzhou
The environmental protection equipment for a 50,000-ton/year organic fertilizer production line—commissioned by a client in Suzhou—has successfully passed specialized testing. The first batch of equipment, covering the fermentation/turning and crushing/screening stages, has been loaded and dispatched to Suzhou. The production line incorporates a biological deodorization system and a bag-type dust collector; testing focused specifically on exhaust gas collection efficiency and particulate emission concentrations.
Testing was conducted in a simulated workshop environment at our facility. The biological deodorization system was connected to a simulated odor source (a fermentation tank); following treatment through a two-stage spray process and a biofilter, the removal rates reached 92% for hydrogen sulfide and 88% for ammonia, with emission concentrations meeting local odor pollutant standards in Suzhou. For the dust collection system, air collection hoods were installed at the discharge outlets of the crushers and screening machines. Measured dust emission concentrations were below 10 mg/m³, and noise levels—with silencers installed on the fans—were kept under 75 dB at a distance of one meter. A third-party environmental testing agency has provided a formal report, which is being delivered to the client alongside the equipment.
During the loading process, the deodorization system’s fans and spray towers were disassembled and secured individually, while the biofilter media was packed into sealed bags and placed in wooden crates. The dust collector filter bags were removed, labeled, and packed separately from the pulse valves. Large components were fitted with curved saddles at their bases, and electrical control cabinets and instruments were sealed in moisture-proof bags. Our logistics department secured the necessary permits for the transport of oversized cargo, and the first three trucks have now departed from our facility.
