Crushing Process

The crushing process in an organic fertilizer production line using a half-wet material crusher is typically a closed-loop cycle. The fermented and matured material is fed into the crusher by a loader or conveyor belt. The crushed material is discharged through a screen and enters a vibrating screen for grading. The qualified powder under the screen is sent to the granulation stage, while large pieces and insufficiently crushed coarse material are returned to the crusher for further crushing. For materials with high moisture content, dry materials can be added before crushing to adjust the moisture content, or a drying process can be added after crushing to ensure that the powder entering the granulation stage meets the required fineness and moisture content standards.
