  1. Cleaning work

After each use, the residual materials in the flat die granulator should be thoroughly removed, especially on the surface of the flat die and around the pressure roller. To prevent the material from drying and agglomerating and affecting the quality and efficiency of the next granulation.

There are multiple moving parts in the flat die granulator, such as the bearings of the pressure roller. Regularly adding an appropriate amount of lubricant to these parts can reduce friction, reduce the degree of wear, and extend the service life of the parts.   1. Work before and after shutdown

When the material pressing is about to end, oil can be put into the flat die granulator, and the machine can be shut down after pressing for about one minute. The main function is to fill the die hole with oil to prevent the grinding disc from being blocked, so that the machine can be directly started for production next time, which not only maintains the mold but also saves working hours. After shutdown, loosen the pressure wheel adjustment screw and clean up the residual material.
