Process flow of organic fertilizer production line for processing pig manure

  1. Raw material collection and pretreatment

Pig manure from the farm is collected, which often contains a lot of water and impurities. First, the solid part and liquid part of the pig manure are initially separated through solid-liquid separation equipment to reduce the burden of subsequent processing.

  1. Fermentation stage

The separated solid pig manure is transported to the fermentation workshop and an appropriate amount of fermentation agent is added. Under suitable temperature, humidity and ventilation conditions, pig manure begins to ferment. In this process, microorganisms multiply in large numbers, decompose organic matter in pig manure, and kill harmful pathogens and insect eggs. The fermentation cycle usually lasts for several weeks, during which the compost needs to be turned regularly by a compost turning machine to ensure uniform fermentation.

  1. Crushing process

Use a crusher to crush the fermented pig manure into fine particles, which is conducive to the subsequent granulation process.

  1. Mixing ingredients

Add other nutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and other fertilizers or some trace elements according to different fertilizer requirements, and mix them evenly in a mixer.

  1. Granulation stage

The mixed materials are made into fertilizer granules by a granulator (such as a Rotary Drum Granulator, etc.).

  1. Drying and cooling

After granulation, it is passed through a drying equipment to remove excess water so that the fertilizer reaches the appropriate moisture content standard. Then it is cooled to room temperature and finally packed to become an organic fertilizer product that can be sold and used.

The organic fertilizer produced by the above organic fertilizer production line, if applied to the soil, can effectively improve the soil structure and improve soil fertility. This not only solves the environmental pollution problem that may be caused by pig manure, but also improves the soil conditions. It is a process that has the best of both worlds.
