Our company recently completed a joint trial run of a new type two in one organic fertilizer granulator and a mixer at our factory. The equipment operated continuously for four hours, simulating the client’s on-site workflow; once all performance indicators stabilized, the units were disassembled, loaded, and shipped to Yichun, Jiangxi.

During the trial, the mixer processed a batch of client-supplied material—a mixture of fungal residue and straw—achieving a mixing uniformity of 94%. The mixed material was fed via a chute into the “two-in-one” granulator, where it underwent secondary mixing and extrusion granulation; the average granule formation rate was 89.5%, with a diameter deviation of less than 2 mm. Technicians recorded the main motor current and bearing temperatures every 30 minutes; the granulator’s current fluctuated within ±3%, and the mixer’s bearing temperature rise remained stable at approximately 32°C. Following the trial, residual material was cleared from both machines, and fresh grease was applied to critical components.

During disassembly and packaging, the granulator’s extrusion roller assembly was removed and boxed separately, while the mixer’s paddle shaft was secured before the unit was loaded onto its mounting frame as a whole. The two machines and their accessories were loaded onto separate trucks and secured tightly to the truck beds using high-strength straps and floor anchors. Accompanying documentation—including the joint trial report, installation drawings, and electrical schematics—was provided in both Chinese and English. The trucks have departed the factory and are expected to arrive in Yichun in two days.
