Yesterday, during the shipment process, a brief downpour occurred. Our logistics and production personnel activated their emergency plan and successfully completed the loading of the two double roller press granulators and one vertical disc mixer. The goods were shipped to Malaysia on time.

At 10:00 AM, the three pieces of equipment had been moved to the shipping area awaiting hoisting. After the sudden weather change, outdoor operations were immediately suspended. Forklifts moved the electrical control boxes and unpacked accessories into a temporary rain shelter. The main equipment, having been coated with anti-rust primer and covered with rainproof tarpaulin, was unaffected by the rain. The rain stopped after 40 minutes, and operations resumed. To catch up on the schedule, two additional people were added to the loading team: one to hoist the main equipment, and the other to simultaneously secure the wooden blocks and straps. Ultimately, all loading was completed before noon as planned.

The two granulators and one mixer shipped this time were additional orders placed by the customer for capacity expansion. They are the same models as the customer’s existing production line, facilitating spare parts compatibility. Before loading, all three pieces of equipment underwent cold-state testing. The mixer disc speed and granulator roller gap adjustment were both set to the customer’s preset values, and parameter recording cards were included.

To address the potential risk of moisture damage from rain showers, the motor junction boxes and electrical control box seals of each unit were inspected before the goods were placed in the container to ensure no water ingress. Additional desiccant was placed inside the wooden crates containing accessories, and a moisture-proof film was added to the top of the crates. After the containers were closed, the humidity inside was maintained below 60%. The goods have been transported to the port, and all customs documents are complete.
