One of our roller press granulator production lines was recently completely dismantled, packaged, and loaded into containers within our factory premises, and the entire shipment was shipped to Bolivia. This is the first time this customer has purchased a complete granulation equipment set, totaling 11 packaging units. The container loading process lasted from morning until evening.

At 8:00 AM, the logistics department, according to the pre-arranged plan, dismantled the entire line into modules including the feeding screw, feeder, extrusion main unit, crusher, screening machine, return material elevator, finished product silo, and electrical control system. The extrusion main unit, the largest single component, weighs 2.6 tons and was individually secured to a steel bracket after the roller skin was removed. During hoisting, the sequence of “main unit first, auxiliary equipment fills the gaps, and spare parts fill the gaps” was adopted: the extrusion main unit and crusher were loaded into the first open-top container; the screening machine and elevator were loaded into the second high-top container in sections; the remaining auxiliary equipment and electrical control cabinet were loaded into the third high-top container; and the fourth container contained spare parts boxes and accompanying spare parts.

During the securing process, workers used wooden wedges, ratchet straps, and air bags. Each piece of equipment was secured to the bottom ring of the container with two-way straps, and anti-collision wooden blocks were installed on both sides of the container walls. At 4 PM, the four containers passed the off-center load test in sequence, with the maximum lateral offset not exceeding 10 centimeters. After the container doors were closed, a one-time seal was affixed, and photos were taken for archiving.

Accompanying documents included a complete Spanish packing list, installation foundation drawings, and a commissioning report. The Foreign Trade Department simultaneously completed export customs clearance, and the goods are expected to arrive at the port tomorrow, with the destination port for the sea leg being Arica, Chile.
