Two 2.5-meter crawler-type compost turners completed processing and shipped to Malaysia
Our two 2.5-meter crawler-type compost turners have recently completed special salt spray anti-corrosion treatment before leaving the factory. The equipment is loaded on trucks and sent to the port, and will soon be shipped to Port Klang, Malaysia. This batch of equipment will be used in the stack fermentation workshop of the customer’s organic fertilizer factory. The local coastal air has high humidity and salt content, which requires high corrosion resistance of metal parts.
The technical department upgraded the standard painting: after the track chassis and frame were sandblasted and rust removed, two coats of epoxy zinc-rich primer and two coats of polyurethane topcoat were sprayed. The total thickness of the paint film was not less than 180 microns; all exposed fasteners were replaced It is made of 304 stainless steel; the surface of the hydraulic cylinder piston rod is chromium-plated and then coated with anti-rust grease, and a retractable dust cover is installed; the protection level of the electric control box is upgraded to IP55, a desiccant is placed in the box, and the wiring harness connector is sealed with waterproof heat shrinkable tube. Before leaving the factory, the quality inspection department conducted a 96-hour neutral salt spray test on samples, and the samples showed no red rust or blistering.
During loading, the two pieces of equipment were fixed on two low-platform trucks respectively, with triangular wooden wedges driven into the front and rear of the crawler tracks, and the fuselage was cross-tightened with four high-strength straps and the floor rings of the vehicle floor. The cab sun visor is removed and packaged separately to prevent bumps during transportation. The documents provided with the vehicle include anti-corrosion treatment records, salt spray test reports, operating manuals and hydraulic schematics, which have been sealed in waterproof bags. The vehicles have now left the factory and been sent to the port.
