A large wheel compost turner and complete set of installation accessories have been shipped to Sri Lanka

Recently, a large wheel compost turning machine and its matching installation accessories completed factory inspection and packing, and were officially shipped to Sri Lanka. This equipment will serve a large-scale organic fertilizer fermentation project in the region, processing waste such as coconut coir, livestock and poultry manure, and agricultural straw, thus contributing to the resource utilization of agricultural waste and improving the local production capacity of organic fertilizer.

The delivered large wheel compost turner is compatible with large-span fermentation tanks, offering high single-turning capacity and high operating efficiency, effectively shortening the material composting cycle. Considering Sri Lanka’s hot and humid climate and the salty fog along its coast, the equipment frame and core transmission components have undergone multiple anti-corrosion and anti-rust treatments, and the electrical control system is equipped with moisture-proof and dust-proof components, enabling long-term stable operation in tropical outdoor conditions. Also shipped with the equipment are pre-embedded track components, specialized installation tools, and a complete set of spare parts, providing a one-stop solution for both the equipment and installation materials, significantly reducing the customer’s on-site procurement and preparation costs.

To ensure safe ocean transport, the logistics team employs a categorized packaging approach: large main components are reinforced with steel frames and fully rainproofed; precision transmission components and electrical components are vacuum-sealed for moisture protection; and all auxiliary parts are numbered and packed according to their installation sequence for easy on-site inventory and assembly. Upon arrival, our company will provide comprehensive installation guidance and maintenance training services.
